Clothing is the 2nd most returned item on eBay and, most likely, within other retail groups like Amazon.  There are several major reasons for this, but the reason used most often is that the item doesn’t fit.

Why does the XYZ-sized item not fit that person that typically wears XYZ-sized clothes?  Here are a few basic reasons why this is the case.
